POLICE: 2ND INDECENT EXPOSURE INCIDENT REPORTED

A second incident of indecent exposure in Quittapahilla Park in Annville was reported on Sept. 24, after the reports of a different incident were received on Sept. 23, township police said.
The second reported incident occurred in the past two weeks and involved a suspect described as a white male, about 5 feet 5 inches, dark hair with blond streaks, athletic build, and wearing blue mesh shorts and no shirt, police said.
In the first reported incident, a jogger allegedly exposed himself to a woman on two separate occasions at Quittapahilla Park on Sept. 23, police said.
The suspect in the first incident is described as a white male with darker skin tone, about 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 11 inches, smaller build, medium length hair, and wearing dark colored jogging shorts and no shirt, police said.

Punks pilfer clothing from porch
Goons swiped several items of clothing from the porch of a home on East Cherry Street in Palmyra on Sept. 22, borough police said.
The victim is Jocelynn Gingrich, 24.

Bozos swipe bike from home
Losers swiped a bicycle from in front of a home on North Lincoln Street in Palmyra on Sept. 24, borough police said.
The bicycle is described as a white Cannondale C-400.
The victim is A Bow, 28.

Thugs take $$$ from fire company
Goons swiped $845 in U.S. currency from the snack bar area and a safe after breaking into a side door at Goodwill Fire Co. on Sillyman Street in Cressona on Sept. 23 or Sept. 24, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.

Man charged with indecent assault
A man was charged with indecent assault for alleged incidents involving a woman at Lebanon Valley College in Annville on April 9 and April 30, township police said.
The suspect, Jason Gigous, 20, who lives in a residence hall at the college, also was charged with harassment.
The victim is a 20-year-old woman, police said.
Gigous turned himself in to police on Sept. 24. He was arraigned and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

POLICE: JOGGER EXPOSES SELF TO WOMAN

A jogger allegedly exposed himself to a woman on two separate occasions at Quittapahilla Park in Annville on Sept. 23, township police said.

School bus, vehicle involved in accident
A school bus driven by Karl Landes, 82, of Oley, and a vehicle driven by Adrian Seaman, 35, of Kutztown, were in an accident on Memorial Highway in Ruscombmanor Township on Sept. 22, state police at Reading said.
The bus was ¾ full with students at the time of the accident. One student suffered a sore arm.
Oley police assisted.

Troopers: Employee takes cellphone
A temporary employee allegedly attempted to take a cellphone from Ingram Micro on Micro Drive in Union Township, Lebanon County, on Sept. 23, state police at Jonestown said.
The suspect, Vicente Rodriguez, 18, of Phoenix, Ariz., allegedly admitted to taking two other phones previously, state police said.
Rodriguez was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

POLICE: MAN BELTS VICTIM WITH BEER BOTTLE

A man allegedly struck another man over the head with a glass beer bottle in the parking lot of Batdorf Restaurant on West Main Street in Annville on Sept. 13, township police said.
The victim suffered lacerations to his head and neck. He was transported to the Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was treated and released.
The suspect, James Crockett, 28, of Ephrata, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment. He was arraigned, and bail was set at $15,000 unsecured. Crockett is in Lebanon County prison.
